The services provided to you by the Holy Bible Society ( HBS) are subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated periodically. In addition to the Terms of Use, you may be subject to rules and regulations posted specifically for a HBS service. If you use a service provided by a third party in association with HBS, you may be subject to the service terms that they issue.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
HBS provides users with a large array of Christian content for the spiritual development and growth of its members. By using these services, you acknowledge that the services may contain other communications from HBS. Any new service that is offered through HBS will also be bound by the Terms of Use. The services provided on HBS are offered "as-is," and that HBS holds no responsibility for the failure to store information or personalized settings. However, we will make all efforts to ensure a rewarding HBS experience. You are responsible for accessing the service, and may incur charges from third parties, such as Internet access and airtime charges. In addition, you must provide the equipment necessary to access the HBS services.

You agree to not to hold HBS or any of its associates and affiliates responsible for any claim, including attorney's fees, by any third party due to content that you submit and make available through HBS services.

6. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of the services without permission from the HBS team.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
HBS maintains the right to modify or discontinue any part of the HBS services without notice. You agree that HBS will not be liable for any damage incurred by the modification or discontinuation of a service.

8. LINKS
HBS and its affiliates provide links to other World Wide Web sites and resources. HBS does not have any control over these resources, so by using HBS, you agree that HBS is not responsible nor does it endorse the content found through these links. You acknowledge that HBS is not responsible for any damage caused by content or goods available through HBS links.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly agree that HBS will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: a. The use or inability to use the services. b. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data. c. Any matter related to HBS services.

If you have found that another party is infringing on the copyrights of HBS and would like to report it, please contact the HBS agent using the same information below. 11. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and HBS, and governs your use on the service. You may also be subject to additional terms dictated by third-parties and HBS affiliates.
